REFUND POLICY

UPDATED REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2024

IMPORTANT NOTE – If your order is marked as “delivered” by USPS and you did not receive your package, we are not responsible for your loss. In the rare chance this does happen, you are responsible for filing a missing mail claim through USPS HERE. If you ever have a situation like this, please reach out to us. We will do our best to work with you and USPS to get your mail located.

-All sales are final.

-We do not offer refunds.

-In the rare case where a refund is issued, please note that any service charges incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable.

-We do not accept returns.

-In the rare case where we accept a return, you are responsible for paying all related shipping costs to return an item.

-You may cancel an order any time before it is marked as shipped.

-Once an order has been processed and shipped, you are no longer able to modify or cancel the order.

-We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service to anyone.

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Please contact your local police department to report mail theft.
